How to post your own reader
Reviews by readers are far
more important than you may think, especially when it comes to online
purchasing. Please, if you can, take the time to write a short
review on any of the sites below. Don’t worry about fancy writing.
Imagine you’re writing a note telling a friend about the book.
You can simply say, I really liked this book and leave it at that.
Most of them have a rating system with stars. Feel free to indulge
your inner gusher.
On Amazon, http://www.amazon.com you must have made at least one purchase with your current email address in order to post a review.
Choose the category. books
Type in author and title.
When the book cover comes up, double click to open that page.
Use the arrow buttons on the right hand side of your screen to scroll
down to Customer Reviews. On right side of screen is a button
saying create your own review.
At Barnes & Noble, http://www.barnesandnoble.com/
http://www.goodreads.com/ This is a bit more complicated
but kind of fun once you get into it and begin to name some of your
favorite books. You can post a review once you’ve joined and
entered your books. There’s no rush to put in your books.
I started out with three, and took it from there.
Also, if you have Facebook or Twitter or any other social networking site, you can simply post that you are ‘on the way to purchase’ or ‘in the middle of reading’ or ‘just can’t put down’ or ‘totally need to get to work but want to just read’ EVERYONE SHE LOVED by Sheila Curran.
